Tao Xijing has a tough-as-nails lawyer for a mother, but she's lazy, unambitious, and hates trouble. Aside from her sharp tongue, she didn't inherit a single one of her mother's good qualities.
For sixteen years, the thing she's stuck with longest is probably chasing Li Qiqiao.
But Li Qiqiao barely talks. In fact, he even went out of his way to learn sign language so he wouldn't have to speak as much.
His life consists of only three things: eating, working part-time, and coming first in class.

Resting her chin in her hand, Tao Xijing set her sights on her desk mate, who had a beautiful voice.
Her desk mate lowered his head and worked on his problems, ignoring her relentless pestering.
Tao Xijing refused to give up. "Maybe you're the lead singer fate chose! Your voice is so lovely! Just give it a try, please! Our band will have to break up without you!"
Li Qiqiao reminded her expressionlessly:
"I stutter."
Having a stutterer as the lead singer,
maybe the band really should break up.
