Mitisia Cersei is a witch from the continent of Sekhmet. Hunted by the Church of Light because of a sheet of parchment, she discovers by chance while fleeing that the parchment causing her all this trouble can communicate with another world.
In a place unknown to anyone, Mitisia and her pen pal from another world share their lives through a thin sheet of parchment. They are so close that, through the yellowed paper, they seem able to feel the warmth of each other's fingertips. And yet they are so far apart, separated by the barrier between worlds, unable to hear even one tender call. "Will we be pen pals for the rest of our lives?" That is all they dare write.
Time passes swiftly. Mitisia, who once fled in such a sorry state, now has a place of her own. As she wonders how to cross the barrier between worlds, the lover she has never met is forced onto a path that can only end in drowning.
The heroine's name comes from two famous witches in Greek mythology, Medea and Circe. As you can probably tell, she isn't a good person.
