Cool, aloof actress VS ruthless rich heir in a suit #Second-Generation Heir Goes Crazy for Love
///A new story in the same genre, Kiss of Thorns, is now open for follows! Cool and prickly VS lazy, roguish romantic (blurb at the end)///
Year-end awards ceremony.
It was bitterly cold, and Shen Zhichu waited in line in a little off-the-shoulder dress.
A senior actress suddenly nudged her and reminded her in a lowered voice:
"Fu Yuchen is looking at you. Be careful and keep your distance. Don't get involved with him."
Fu Yuchen was a grandson of the Fu family, one of North City's top elite clans. He looked down on everyone and was a lawless, spoiled rich kid.
He was tall and handsome, with a buzz cut and an earring, and liked to wear black turtlenecks.
Even though he had an almost impossibly perfect, sculpted face, what people in the industry talked about most was his sharp tongue and cold heart.
No one in the industry dared cross him. Everyone steered clear.
-
Shen Zhichu glanced over. Fu Yuchen sat in a Maybach not far away, its window lowered as he stared straight at her, as if looking at her naked body.
Their eyes met for several seconds.
Shen Zhichu looked away and smiled. "Thank you for the warning."
No one knew that just a few days earlier, she and he had spent three days and three nights together in the same hotel suite.
-
This supposedly cold and heartless man had followed her around like a dog ever since they first met.

Blurb for Kiss of Thorns
Cool and prickly VS lazy, roguish romantic
College to city life | Reunited after a breakup
A gathering of young rich heirs from the social scene.
Fang Ci was brought along as Song Yuze's "girl."
The two had long been promised to each other in an arranged marriage. The Fang family needed the Song family's help and hoped the match would secure their position. It was no secret in their circle.
So Fang Ci, usually cool and proud, knew how to play along. She spent her days acting sweet and obedient, appearing everywhere with Song Yuze.
After the drinks had flowed and everyone was feeling tipsy, they started playing games.
Fang Ci hit the jackpot.
She was told to choose a man in the room and kiss him for one minute.
Everyone looked at Song Yuze, cheering them on.
In full view of the crowd, Fang Ci stood up without changing her expression.
Then she kissed the man in the corner, the one who hadn't joined the game and whom no one dared provoke.

Wen Zhiyan.
The sole heir to the Wen family, a family that had been at the very top for generations.
He had a strikingly handsome face that people never forgot.
His personality was wickedly roguish, and his eyes always held a wild, indifferent nonchalance.
He lounged carelessly against the sofa with his arms spread wide, a lazy smile on his lips, and tilted his face up to accept Fang Ci's kiss.
After the game, someone teased them: "When did Ci and Young Master Wen get so close?"
Fang Ci said, "It was just a game. We're not close, and we don't get along especially well."
On the other side of a closed door,
Wen Zhiyan lowered his eyes and gave an inscrutable laugh.
-
That night, in an old villa no one knew about,
Wen Zhiyan lounged against the sofa in the same pose, his chin lifted high, leaving himself utterly exposed.
His Adam's apple stood out, and above it, a snake tattoo in ink-wash style was blurred by beads of sweat and dampness, seductively alluring.
Fang Ci bit hard into the snake.
Wen Zhiyan hissed in pain, then chuckled hoarsely. "You're only this bold with me."
A moment later,
his voice rang in her ear. "You call this not getting along?"
-
Several years later,
Fang Ci met Wen Zhiyan again.
He was still a darling of heaven, impossibly noble and powerful.
Night fell.
This arrogant man leaned close to Fang Ci's ear and whispered, "Fang Ci, I'm a dog. I only recognize my owner."
Theme: Love may lie beyond mountains and seas, but they can all be crossed
I thought it was Laozi's literature that would burn out after reading it, but I was inexplicably struck by the author's casual writing style, which left me feeling sour. The emotional line is an atypical high attack vs. High defense. In fact, the heroine is tough on the outside and brittle on the inside. What she needs is not gentle and decent comfort, but a higher intensity of stimulation-collision-stripping-rebuilding. The male protagonist's love is abrupt and tough, with a sense of brute and unreasonable offense, and also has a boyish straightforwardness and purity, which just becomes a powerful medicine specially customized for the female protagonist. No dog-blood competition, no broken mirror. Although the plot is simple, but resources are concentrated to expand its strengths, I personally feel that this book has greater stamina than Beijing and Hong Kong. If I want to pick a thorn, the heroine's family and growth issues are explained a little briefly, so that her fragile and stubborn temperament lacks a bit of "story sense" to rely on, which is a bit regretful. But it doesn't affect my love for this article and these two people. The if line is also easy to work with.
I have to say that this article is really good-looking, and the characters are charming from beginning to end, especially the male protagonist, who is basically the best book I have ever read, bar none. I really hope this book can be published in paper version! I've already done it twice!
Is there any content about my sister and brother-in-law? I want to see them.
I have read it three times and I still have to lament the great cooking skills of this book 😍 😍 😍 It will be a big trouble and I will cook more in the future articles 🥺 🥺
