[Genshin Impact] The Midnight Gift

The Traveler accepted an invitation to attend the birthday banquet of Kamisato Ayaka, the young lady of the Kamisato Clan.

Many factions converge at the banquet, with struggles taking place both openly and behind the scenes, but none of that has anything to do with the Traveler. To her, she's simply there to celebrate her good friend's birthday. The supposedly ill-intentioned Kamisato Ayato, the fraught relationship between her brother's company and the Kamisato Clan, and the cryptic warnings from a familiar assassin known by the codename Scaramouche are all things she doesn't concern herself with.

"Ying, I have a birthday wish."

Beneath the bright moonlight, Ayaka smiled at the Traveler, looking as beautiful as a dream.

"Don't worry." Kamisato Ayato turned around, his gaze gentle. "As head of the Kamisato Clan, there are indeed many things I can do. But right now, Ying, the only person standing before you is Kamisato Ayato."

Modern alternate-universe setting, with Ying as the protagonist.

Essentially a sibling sandwich, may turn into a female-oriented story.
