Jiang Du entered a competition and was tricked into signing a contract with an astronomical termination fee. To pay it off, he had to return to China and debut in a boy band.
Three years later, he returned to China and ran into his sworn rival, Shen Mobai, at the airport.
Jiang Du fell into Shen Mobai's arms. He heard a familiar voice coming from Shen's headphones and soon realized it was his own.
Then he saw his own music on Shen's phone, along with a play count in the hundreds.

Three years earlier, Jiang Du had returned to China to look for his father and nearly ended up homeless. He was dragged into a music competition.
That's where he met Shen Mobai.
On the night the group was formed, two months into the competition, Jiang Du underwent a false Omega presentation ahead of schedule and was accidentally marked by Shen Mobai.
