(Yes, it's me. I'm back again now that online classes are here. I came up with so many ideas while I was at school that I couldn't resist starting another story.)
A self-indulgent work. Comments are welcome.
Blurb:
(Tiantian's perspective)
He Tiantian never imagined that a plot from a novel would happen to her:
She had transmigrated.
Fine, she could live with transmigrating. But why hadn't she ended up in My Four Brothers Are All Big Shots, the Green Jinjiang novel whose plot and characters she knew by heart after staying up until three in the morning reading it two nights ago? Instead, she'd landed in an unfamiliar cultivation world where she knew nothing about the plot and had no idea what was going on. If she had to give up being human, couldn't she at least have become a demon or a member of the fiend race? Why did she have to be a sword spirit? She didn't want to become one with the sword!
This is bad.
(Wu Nian's perspective)
Wu Nian is an ordinary sword cultivator. He has a younger sister who is sixteen years younger than him. His sister, however, is a sword spirit.
One day, he and his sister find an injured man by a stream. After hauling him out, they're about to leave when his sister swallows a pearl from the man's hand that looks extremely valuable.
Now that's a problem.
Wu Nian calmly considers whether he can kill the man he just rescued and take the treasure instead of paying him back.
P.S.
1. The story is mainly told from Nian Nian's perspective, though his younger sister Tiantian appears frequently. There is no romance yet, since she's still a minor. (Tiantian: Hey! I want a sweet romance too!)
2. Yaozhi's surname is Qi because he's a bit of a flirt. This is a tribute to someone.
3. Keep Yaozhi mysterious for now.
4. I haven't settled on a style yet, but it should be character-driven. My writing is still young and rough, so please bear with me (?).
5. Updates will be irregular, but I won't abandon the story (probably...)
Theme: The past cannot be revisited
Ugh, ugh, no one is watching.
