[Detective Conan] I Woke Up as the Murderer

[This is on pause for now. The neighboring story is nearing its conclusion and has me stuck, so I don't have much energy to write this one lately.]

[Once again, I promise I won't abandon it.]

What's more terrifying than transmigrating?

Kugimiya Kana can tell you exactly what.

Transmigrating with no memories into the world of Detective Conan at the start of the Conan era, becoming the prime suspect, and getting trapped in a death loop.

It's a full stack of debuffs!

The first time she wakes up, she hasn't even figured out what's going on before she's identified as the killer and taken to the police station. After drinking a glass of water handed to her by a young officer, she dies of poisoning.

The second time she wakes up, Kugimiya Kana finally manages to stay alive long enough to explain the case to the police. Then...

She's hit by a car and killed.

The third time she wakes up, Kugimiya Kana goes completely off the rails and gets shot by a sniper.

Kugimiya Kana can't take it anymore.

This time, she'll strike first.

Step one: take out the person who sniped her in the previous loop.

Then she looks at the black-haired, blue-eyed, stubbly man pointing a gun at her and falls into deep thought.

That's not Korn, is it? Could it be Calvados? He doesn't look like him either.

Once every impossible option has been eliminated, she has no choice but to accept the one that's left, no matter how absurd it is...

Hiromitsu Morofushi! It's already the start of the Conan era, so how are you still alive?!

Kugimiya Kana holds back her scream, smiles, and confidently says, "Hey~ Hiromitsu Morofushi!"

Then she gets shot again.

When she wakes up again, she's confused.

Is this Hiromitsu Morofushi different from the ones in fanfiction? Isn't he supposed to be the nurturing-mom type?

Terrified, Kugimiya Kana quickly puts on an oxygen mask. Could this be a world where the Black Organization and the good guys have switched sides?

Pairing undecided. There may be one in the main story, or only in the extras. It depends on how the plot develops. This isn't a multiple-romance route.

The whole police academy group survives (probably), though they may not all have significant roles in the main plot.

The characters' values are the same as in the original. The Black Organization won't be romanticized.

The first part revisits the death loops; the second part breaks out of the loop and takes on the Black Organization.

I meant to write a serious story, but the blurb turned goofy as I wrote it (?).

I'll do my best to avoid out-of-character portrayals. If I can't, blame me.

I'm a student and a beginner author. I won't abandon the story, but updates will be very slow. (I'm mainly updating my other Detective Conan fanfic, though that's also slow.)

My writing isn't great, and I don't have much experience beyond high school argumentative essays. I'll gladly accept suggestions and comments. Please send all reasonable suggestions my way!
