A Record of Darkened Tsurumaru's Poker Face

"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Look at you. You don't look like a crane at all."

Someone cosplaying a corrupted Tsurumaru had transmigrated. The moment they opened their eyes, they heard those words, dripping with malice, and felt awful once they figured out what was going on.

Something's wrong... Remembering how they'd suddenly fallen into the water on the way home and transmigrated, they could only stare at the giant question mark in their mind.

The timing's all wrong! It was their first time cosplaying and their first time at a convention, but they'd read up on some related things, like how people transmigrate through convention bathroom stalls. But the convention was over! It was already over!

Well, since I'm here, I'm here. Couldn't I at least have gotten a better start from the start?

Don't think I didn't notice these chains on me!

Xiao and the sword warriors found a badly abused corrupted Tsurumaru and carefully brought him back to raise him. Then they realized that this Tsurumaru really had it rough.

He'd shrunk to just 1.6 meters tall, was in terrible shape, and on top of that, he didn't like causing trouble (crossed out) preparing surprises. Most importantly, in all the time since he'd arrived at the Honmaru, his face had only ever shown the same expression. Just look at how numb this crane has become!

Tsurumaru, whose face was expressionless but whose mind was anything but: Actually, I just have a poker face...

Everyone (blades), who had no idea what they'd imagined and were now even more determined to take good care of this little crane ball, looked heartbroken. "Yes, yes, we know (you don't), you don't have to explain..."

How do you communicate seamlessly when you're on different wavelengths?

Easy. Just use your imagination.

Note: 1. OOC, OOC. 2. Updates whenever, so who knows when a new chapter will suddenly appear. If I dig a hole, I'll fill it in. 3. I can't write heavy plots or elaborate schemes, so the tone will stay light, silly, and sweet. If that's not your thing, please move on.

Theme: Since we're already here, let's enjoy life a little.
