[Not updated daily, no outline. I have no idea what this will turn into, so updates will depend on inspiration.]
As a devoted fan of the ongoing manga Detective Conan, Xia Chuan clicked on the movie version of the hit series, which had been running for forty years, on New Year's Day, and happily settled in to watch.
A video popped up on his phone.
He opened it. After watching a familiar string of thrilling scenes, he tapped Like. Suddenly, an interface appeared at the end of the video:
[Do you want Detective Conan to end?]
[Yes] or [No]
Another person driven crazy by an endlessly long series. Xia Chuan shook his head and tapped the screen.
He tapped [Yes].
"Welcome to the world of Detective Conan!"
"Dear viewer, please bring the manga to an end in your own way!"
Xia Chuan: ...
I'm just an innocent Chinese viewer...
Reader's Guide:
1. The protagonist starts from the manga's latest published chapter and is dedicated to bringing the manga to an end.
2. There won't be any time travel or anything like that. Only nonexistent memories will be added, and the story won't be changed too much.
3. The rules of the Detective Conan world are completely on the protagonist's side, so don't doubt it!
4. To bring the story to an end, the protagonist will do things including, but not limited to, threatening the little detective, scaring the police, intimidating the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, and forcing the Black Organization to play along.
5. Written on December 10, 2022. I'll start posting as soon as I can.
Theme: Stories come to an end, but life goes on.
