A self-reliant heroine x a Republican-era top-tier star hero. The main story follows young people from China, Japan, and Korea seeking answers between 1914 and 1927. Set in an alternate Republican era. HE.
Synopsis:
It was the Little New Year of 1914. Twelve-year-old Chuhua traveled alone to Guangzhou, crammed into a tiny third-class cabin and throwing up everything in her stomach.
On deck, a Chinese man was giving a speech about democracy and the republic. As she watched, the scene suddenly turned into a stage performing Farewell My Concubine. But there was no King of Chu, only Consort Yu standing there alone with a sword in her hand. The spectators below cursed and threw their melon seeds and sesame candies onto the stage...
She thought it had only been a dream, never expecting it to become the beginning of a life of upheaval and wandering. One was a young nobleman from an old aristocratic family, a celebrated star adored by all onstage. The other was the daughter of a lowly brothel girl, a Chinese woman whose identity was not acknowledged. The farce of an old-fashioned wedding bound their fates together. From then on, the mountains and rivers of two lands were all old dreams.
1914, Tianjin. "The Japanese won't let me speak Chinese."
1918, Hong Kong. "Their hands are stained with the blood of those who fought to save the nation."
1919, Shanghai. "You shouldn't see each other again."

1923, Tokyo. "You aren't truly Japanese."
1925, Philadelphia. "Our homeland awaits. You can return when the time is right."
Theme: Though humble, I dare not forget my country.
It's beautiful, but it's too watery hahahahaha
Mr. Okagawa is Japanese and communist? It's rare for the male lead to be a young opera singer. Usually, one of the male and female leads is an opera singer and the other is from a wealthy family hahaha. It's a very interesting subject matter. Judging from the progress, it should be a long time before it is finished. I look forward to your next update.
