Synopsis

Player Zhen Yuan was playing a distillery management game. He became the boss of a distillery who could only direct and control his underlings from behind the scenes by email or phone. His character was a mastermind pursuing immortality and the resurrection of the dead, with underlings named Rum, Gin, Vermouth... But he discovered that the distillery was full of bootleg liquor. The real liquor was watered down or had gone bad, and only a handful of bottles were genuine and pure. As the distillery boss, he was heartbroken. He wanted to recruit more varieties of liquor, but his hires were either duds or fakes. With tears in his eyes, he had no choice but to create his own secret identities and enter the distillery as an employee, boosting its alcohol content. He had to maintain the boss's mystique while creating secret identities (drawing cards) and diligently building the distillery into a stronger business. And so, the distillery gained three more bottles of genuine liquor: Petrus (Jiu Tiaoyuan): a genius scientist developing artificial intelligence and researching genetic evolution drugs. [But in truth, he's a giant baby who can't even peel a boiled egg. Envious of his amazing scientific abilities? He traded away his ability to take care of himself!] Lafite (Hasegawa Makoto): a shrewd business tycoon, sly as a fox, who controls the organization's legitimate businesses and becomes its finance minister. [But in truth, he's a weakling who conquers everyone with his silver tongue. Envious of this master of trash talk? He traded away his physical fitness!] Jacas (Aoki Masahara): the organization's "Professor Moriarty." [But in truth, he's just an innocent owner of an "incident magnet" constitution. Envious of his Grim Reaper aura? He traded away his reasoning ability!] With a lineup like this, why keep playing at being a secret organization? Just go legit, pull out all the stops, and build the distillery into the world's top business in every industry. Wouldn't that be great? Reader's Guide: 1. The protagonist's real self is in the real world, immersively controlling game characters as if playing a game. He can create secret identities, and none of them will be eliminated. 2. The protagonist knows who the undercover agents are. He treats them like 007 employees. After all, apart from Gin, the only ones who diligently work are the undercover agents, and apart from Gin, the only capable ones are the bootleggers. So even the fakes have to work for him. 3. The distillery won't go bankrupt, but under the protagonist it will become a legitimate business (because the game also needs to be kept harmonious). Although the code names of the protagonist's three secret identities are all named after red wines, the protagonist is genuine liquor. 4. There won't be a plot where the protagonist deliberately saves the police academy group, but thanks to the butterfly effect caused by changes in the plot, every member of the group will survive. 5. The protagonist is only playing a game. The game world won't merge with reality, so he sees the paper characters in the game as NPCs. As a player, the protagonist is a little unhinged. No CP. 6. I'll add more if I think of anything. And please add this to your collection and leave a comment. Muah~ Theme: You have to work hard!
