After Becoming the Passerby Daughter of a Manga Aristocrat

Ophelia transmigrates into the world of a comic filled with steampunk, magic, and peril.

But the character she transmigrates as is a sheltered young lady who couldn't hurt a fly.

Steampunk with a little magic. If she hadn't transmigrated, she would have loved it.

But there's no "if." She has become the most disposable of disposable characters, a nobody on the fringes of the story.

The comic is called Parade Doll ~parade. Its protagonist is also a transmigrant from another world. He studies magic, hoping to find a way back home. Then one day, he comes across a mysterious box. That's where the story begins.

Inside that box is a doll girl with an exquisite appearance.

The introduction is a little long, but in short, Parade Doll ~parade has a villainous doll named Cang.

He is one of the dolls contracted to the protagonist, but later he destroys the contract of his own accord.

Quiet and meticulous, gentle and cold. He is an extraordinarily popular villain.

Ophelia's role as a barely-noticeable passerby is summed up in one line he speaks on his deathbed.

[My second master was a frail young noblewoman. I remember her name was Ophelia.]

[She died very young. I don't remember her at all.]

Ophelia looks toward the door.

Outside it is a mysterious box her wealthy father specially collected to please her.

Inside, the black-haired doll lies asleep with his eyes closed, dreaming a distant and mysterious dream.

Theme: Since we're here, we might as well do something good.
