Bad ending

(First-person POV, read with caution if that bothers you)

The night before the college entrance exam, I had a dream.

In the dream, he stood outside the exam hall and waved at me.

There was a smile on his lips, and his voice was soft and gentle.

"Liang Su, hurry up. I've been waiting for you for ages."

The next day, I arrived at the exam hall early.

I stood there for a long time, watching the crowds come and go.

Desperately trying to catch sight of one person.

But...

He wasn't there.
