Hey, I Ran Off with My Creditor!

Three hundred years ago, when Yuan Bai was still a tiny baby who could only crawl, he was fearless enough to bite a dragon he had no business provoking. His father had to pay an untold number of priceless treasures to make amends.

From then on, his father kept him under lock and key, afraid that the dragon would come looking for revenge.

He spent a full three hundred years cooped up in his palace, never once seeing the world outside. At last, the day came when he could go out. He found a minor job in the Underworld, only to mess up his very first assignment.

Just as he was panicking, the creditor from his childhood caught him and carried him off...

Qi Mu was the last black dragon in the world, and naturally became the Dragon King. As the highest-ranking dragon alive, Qi Mu had always taken revenge for every slight. No demon dared provoke him.

And yet, three hundred years ago, while attending the Peach Banquet in the Celestial Court, Qi Mu was bitten by a tiny baby...

The little one's teeth were sharp, and he sank them deep into one of Qi Mu's scales. Before Qi Mu could even get angry, the baby cut his mouth on the sharp scale and began wailing and making a huge fuss, accusing Qi Mu of bullying him.

For the next hundred years, whenever Qi Mu saw the bare patch on the tip of his tail, it still seemed to ache.

One day, while he was in a bad mood and had gone ashore for a walk, he suddenly spotted the little baby, all grown up...

An innocent poison snow lotus versus an unlucky dragon who loses both his money and his heart.

The dragon: I may be broke now, but at least I've got a spouse.

Purpose: Pay back what you owe.
