Meow, Ying Zheng Is Making Me Start a Rebellion Again Today

Let’s just go out and kill them. Ying Zheng Meow: Then I’ll leave it to you, Lord Wu’an. After the cats had rubbed the Jin troops into the ground, they finally remembered they had to send the island owner a postcard. After discussing it, they went to the landmark Song Imperial Palace, stood on the dragon throne, stepped on Song Qinzong, and each took a photo to send back to Qin Yue. Qin Yue: ? It all began when Zhao Kuangyin Meow arrived. Zhao Kuangyin Meow: How about we put the yellow robe on someone and rebel? (He pulls out the crude dragon robe he made by stitching together Zhao Guangyi Meow’s oppressed little paws.) Zhu Yuanzhang Meow: I was thinking the same thing. Why should ordinary people suffer when immortals fight? Zhou still uses human sacrifices, and it’s no good for us farmers. We might as well skip ahead. Qin Yue couldn’t be bothered with these kittens. She thought to herself: Wow. This isn’t the time when your consorts were "willing" to be buried with you. Ying Zheng Meow: Zhou fell to Qin. What’s wrong with making it happen a little earlier?! Before Qin Yue could even process how they’d jumped straight to rebellion, the kittens, all of whom supported it, started arguing among themselves over which dynasty’s style the emperor’s ceremonial robes should follow. Ying Zheng Meow: I am the First Emperor. The ceremonial robes should follow Qin’s style. Zhao Kuangyin Meow: The Qin dynasty fell in its second generation. That won’t do. My Great Song’s clothes are prettier! Ying Zheng Meow: ? Zhu Yuanzhang Meow: I object. Why should the Great Wuss get to decide? Zhao Kuangyin Meow: ? Wu Zetian Meow: A Yue and I are both women, so we should use my style! Catherine Meow: Yue would look prettier in a dress, with a crown covered in jewels. None of the cats would give in. Each brought their descendants or subordinates and went straight into a brawl. Cat fur flew everywhere. What a lively scene. Qin Yue was speechless, but still tried to reason with them. "Could it be that we don’t even have a single person under our command?" Ying Zheng Meow waved his paw and summoned a huge army of terracotta warriors. His voice was low. "Will these do? If not, there are more." Qin Yue sucked in a sharp breath. "That’s enough, that’s enough! There’s no room left in the Daoist sanctuary!" Her cat island! Zhu Qing Ai died unexpectedly while saving someone. Who could have guessed that a System would suddenly fall from the sky and bring her back to life? But there was a small mishap: the two were bound together the wrong way around. The System's permissions ended up in Zhu Qing Ai’s hands, while System 99 got the Host’s permissions and a physical body. To earn herself a physical body as soon as possible, Zhu Qing Ai embarked on the path to becoming a master of deception. (There are no romantic pairings with the emperors, only familial affection.) (The pairing is with System 99, but I’m not sure I can write the romantic feelings convincingly, so you can think of them as good friends.) (Unless specifically noted, each world is a separate parallel world.) * World One, Qin: The year Ying Zheng returned from Zhao, the journey was long and perilous. When he entered Qin territory, the first person he saw was not the father who had abandoned him, but a "person" standing by the road, watching him as if welcoming him home. Young Zheng x his motherland, "Qin," who personally welcomed him home * World Two, Han 1: When Liu Bang was a child, he once saw a woman in plain clothes and a hairpin in the fields. She had an air of nobility, and when he asked about her, she answered, "I’ve come to see the future Son of Heaven." Liu Bang never took it to heart. Until the First Emperor went on a tour that year, and he saw her again on the First Emperor’s carriage. She sat beside the First Emperor in splendid clothes, casting him, standing among the crowd, a casual glance. * Lyu Zhi always knew there was an invisible "person" beside her husband. She assumed Liu Bang was just under too much pressure and didn’t give it much thought. Only after she became empress did she truly see that "person." Emperor Gaozu of Han, Liu Bang x the cold and distant "Han" Emperor Taizong of Han, Lyu Zhi x the nation behind a successful woman, "Han" (this is Empress Lyu) * World Three, Han 2: The first time Liu Che saw "Han" was when he was about to ask to marry his cousin. His motherland said with a straight face, "Children born of close relatives are more likely to be sick and have low intelligence. Oh, I forgot. You might not even be able to have children." He was so shocked that he swallowed the words he’d been about to say. Those who heard them and knew what was going on were filled with thoughts, their hearts beating like drums. Young Zetian x her gentle motherland, "Tang"; Empress Zetian, who wants to compete with the dead for affection and insists on renaming "Tang," x the helpless, reluctantly renamed mother, "Wu Zhou" World Six, Song 1: Honestly, I want to write Yue Fei. Who gets it? Yue Fei had seen a woman in tattered finery weeping since he was a child. He didn’t understand why when he was young. But after growing up and understanding everything, he realized just how beyond saving the emperor of this country was. Choosing "Song" or an emperor rotten to the core seems like an easy answer... Young Fei x the frail, scheming white lotus seducer, "Song"; Yue Fei x the "?" who personally takes charge of state affairs and is the true emperor (In case anyone argues that Yue Fei could wage war but not govern: I’ve set it up so that the heroine has seen so many emperors that she learned how to govern just by watching.) (I haven’t decided on the dynasty’s name.) World Seven, Song 2: Zhao Zhen (Maybe I should delete this one... I haven’t figured out the idea yet (?)) * World Eight, Ming: When Zhu Yuanzhang was a monk at a temple, he once saw a woman in ragged clothes. She looked wretched, yet her eyes were as indifferent as a goddess’s. Zhu Yuanzhang thought it must have been an illusion for a while, since no one around him could see her. He also didn’t take her words, "We’ll meet again," to heart. Until, after he ascended the throne, he really saw her sitting on his dragon throne in splendid clothes. Zhu Yuanzhang’s first reaction was: Outrageous! Later: I was wrong, I was wrong! It was my fault! Ming, love me again! Yuanzhang x the disheveled, cryptic "Yuan"; Zhu Yuanzhang x the brazen "Ming," who sits right on Zhu Yuanzhang’s dragon throne in front of him * World Nine, Qing: When Yinzhen first met "Qing," she was standing behind their father, Emperor Kangxi, as he tested them, making snide remarks. But it seemed that he was the only one who could see the woman dressed in a dragon robe. When she noticed him looking, he also attracted the attention of a "Qing" who was bored and liked dragging him into conversation. Yinzhen never figured out what she meant by "Working 007 is bad for your health. 996 is enough." Young Zhen x his talkative motherland, "Qing," who loves making sarcastic remarks about Kangxi * Surprise! This is actually a story about raising kids! I should probably write the worlds in order above...? (Probably.) The author reserves the right to explain all the settings, and may change things. This is just what I’m thinking for now! Note from 2023-12-23 As for Yue Fei, if you have opinions, you can share them before I get around to writing that part. I’ll think it over.
