[Figure Skating] Honey Pomelo Candy

[Figure Skating at Its Peak vs. a "Beginner" Who Fell into Figure Skating]

After knowing Yuzuru Hanyu from afar for a year, Feng Qingxi finally met him in person.

The timing of their meeting, however, was rather awkward: Yuzuru had just lost in men's singles figure skating and injured his ankle.

That day, Feng Qingxi had been crying terribly because of something, and this man, who had lost the competition but landed a quadruple Axel, had even comforted her a little.

Feng Qingxi still felt embarrassed whenever she thought about it!

Yuzuru Hanyu first noticed Feng Qingxi before the men's singles event had even begun. She was a volunteer.

Because of the pandemic, almost everyone was wearing a mask. Still, you could tell from her eyes alone that she was pretty, and she spoke Japanese well.

But none of that was the point. The point was that her backpack was a knitted Pupu, a design he'd never seen before.

Later, after the short program, he spotted an identical Pupu on the ice. He picked it up, but didn't see its owner.

Later still, a fall during the free skate caused his ankle injury to flare up again. In a bad mood, he sat alone on a bench and saw Feng Qingxi crying nearby.

He didn't know what prompted him to do it, but even though he was upset himself, he still comforted her.

P.S.: I've wanted to write this for a while. When I first got to know Yuzuru Hanyu, it wasn't because he was an Olympic champion or because of his looks. It was simply because of his name. I thought it sounded lovely. Then, before the Winter Olympics this year, content about him kept appearing, and I watched and watched until I suddenly realized how much I liked him. I'm not quite a fan, but I feel like one.

Any OOC is on me! If I don't write him well, that's my fault. I don't know much about Yuzu's content, so I'll have to research as I write. Updates will be slow and whenever I can manage them! My main priority is still writing The Prince of Tennis.

Writing all this has made me realize I'm both diligent and lazy!

I don't know how to write the earlier timeline, so I'll start with the Winter Olympics and go through to when he announced his retirement from competition but continued as a figure skater doing ice shows, then use my imagination to carry on from there! I'll try to make it four hundred thousand words?

Theme: I'm the one who saves the universe!
