Most of the residents in the building were elderly people living alone, with their children far away. Tsurucho often helped them out whenever he had time, which had earned him an excellent reputation there, despite being a delinquent. So Yuki felt comfortable asking him to look after Ena.
There was another reason she couldn't mention, though: Yuki knew her sister liked Tsurucho, but thought confessing out of the blue would be awkward. A good little sister had to pave the way for her big sister's romance!
