A Survival Guide to the Detective World

*To be released once this reaches 300+ favorites

On his way home one day, Sakuma Hajime found a book called A Survival Guide to the Detective Conan World.

Its tagline claimed it was based on the author's personal experience, and was guaranteed to be true and effective.

Sakuma Hajime (rolling his eyes): What an idiot. Does the author think someone as smart as me would believe this?

But the day after he said that, he woke up from a nap and found himself at a murder scene in the Detective Conan world.

Sakuma Hajime (flipping through the book with trembling hands): Well, there's no harm in giving it a try.

After that, he followed the instructions in the book and stayed healthy and happy in the Detective Conan world.

Sakuma Hajime (giving a thumbs-up): I'm the idiot here. Author, you are my god!

But... He couldn't help feeling that something was off about Gin, who had been passing by him a lot lately for some reason.

He flipped through the book several times, but found no warning that following its advice might draw the attention of a villain.

He closed the book and turned to leave, then caught sight of the author's name, a section he'd never paid attention to before. Three large characters were printed there: Kurosawa Jin.

Sakuma Hajime (wiping away cold sweat): Hahaha, so people really do use the names of characters they like as pen names...

Kurosawa Jin (staring at him): No need to wonder. I'm the author.

*Main character's perspective. Pairing: Kurosawa Jin. Some out-of-character moments are inevitable, so thanks for your understanding.

*Set entirely in the Detective Conan world. The original series is still ongoing, so some details may conflict. Anything that doesn't match the original should be treated as the author's own interpretation.
