Yu Juan lifts Yun Luoluo onto the desk, brushes her hair aside, and gently kisses the hollow of her throat. "Bite me here."

Yun Luoluo: "..." Something doesn't feel quite right.

She wraps her arms around Yu Juan's neck and bites down. Her fangs pierce his skin, and sweet blood flows into her throat. After a long while, Yun Luoluo lets go of Yu Juan, wipes her mouth, and looks at the purplish bite marks on his pale skin before lifting her head.

"You must hate me now, right?"

According to the plot, Yu Juan should be blushing furiously and push her away in outrage, saying that one day he would repay her a hundredfold for today's humiliation...

Instead, Yu Juan's lips curve into a smile as he holds Yun Luoluo on the desk. A bewitching flush spreads across the corners of his beautiful, pale eyes.

"I like it when you bite me."

"I like being needed by you."

"I like being your food."

The man rubs his face against the hollow of her throat, his voice low, hoarse, and exceptionally gentle.

His intimacy carries a damp, cold, and dark edge.

"I want to be your only food."

Yun Luoluo: "..."

Wait, why is the protagonist a yandere?

The heroine, Emily, kills three evil dragons and arrives at the castle where Yu Juan is imprisoned. Just as she is about to rescue her destined lover and fall in love with him, dark green vines pierce her chest. Bright red blood drips onto the ground.

Emily's brown eyes widen in disbelief.

"...Why?"

The pale, beautiful boy walks slowly toward her beneath the cool moonlight.

"Everyone who gets in the way of Luoluo and me has to die."

Emily looks up through her tears. "I'm the one destined to be your lover!"

Yu Juan lowers his lashes, his expression cool.

"But I don't believe in fate."

When Yun Luoluo eventually hears of Emily's death, she's so frightened that she packs her bags and makes a run for it in the middle of the night. But before she can escape the estate, dark green vines wrap around her slender, pale ankle and drag her backward.

A pair of cold, pale hands embraces her from behind.

"Luoluo..."

The man's voice sounds so gentle it's chilling as it whispers in her ear.

"I've caught you."

"I want to possess you every moment of every day. I'm jealous of everyone who takes your eyes off me. I want to tear apart every creature that comes near you. I want to make you mine, so you'll belong to me alone forever. Just as I belong to you alone."

"Fate can be rewritten, but love cannot."

Yun Luoluo: I want to eat fruit and vegetables.

Yu Juan: All right.

Yun Luoluo, blushing furiously: Not that kind of eating...
