Ever since making his debut at seventeen, Zhu Cong's biggest scandal has been how much he acts like an AI to maintain his image: he never mentions his family, and outside of acting, he always wears his trademark professional smile.
His haters think he's a fake, arrogant show-off. His fans think he's dedicated to his work.
But Wu Ying has seen another side of him...
Six-year-old Zhu Cong curled up on his bed, rubbing all his tears onto the little duck in his arms as he sobbed to himself, "Sister, Mom, Dad, when are you coming back?"
At eight, he picked up a little mutt, but only dared to feed it in secret near his home. In the end, he saw the dog's corpse lying among the flowers.
When Zhu Cong was fifteen, he was recommended to take an exam. On a stormy morning, the frail boy was sent flying by a speeding motorcycle. His blood mingled with the rain and ran into the drain.
Later, Wu Ying dreamed of the whole plot. Zhu Cong turned out to be just a villain in a melodramatic CEO romance, whose sole purpose was to advance the male and female leads' relationship. And she herself was the villain's sister, who died early and was mentioned only in passing.
She tried everything to break through the restrictions of the plot and rewrite Zhu Cong's fate.
-
The first time he met Wu Ying, Zhu Cong was certain she was the sister he'd been searching for for over a decade.
Zhu Cong couldn't help thinking of his neighbor's cousin, a gentle and elegant woman like a lily blooming quietly.
Judging by her face alone, Wu Ying... sort of fit the bill.
That was, until Wu Ying and her cunning agent tricked him into joining a family-reunion variety show.
Seeing the hated troublemaker who'd opposed him since childhood, Zhu Cong clenched his fist.
The next second, someone shoved the handle of a suitcase into his fist.
Wu Ying blinked innocently. "The step is too high. Could you help your big sister carry my suitcase up?"
Zhu Cong: ?
Audience: ?
On a deserted path, a young man was as sweet-tongued as a snake. Zhu Cong was about to draw the sword in his hand.
The next second, a volleyball hit the man square in the forehead, and he stumbled backward onto the ground.
Wu Ying's voice floated over. "Oh no! I didn't mean to. How did that volleyball lose its aim?"
Zhu Cong stared at the man's bruised forehead. ?
Audience: ?
#Later, Zhu Cong saw Wu Ying's ID card by chance and burst into tears
*The older sister has a love interest. The younger brother's romance will unfold as it goes.

Jiang Tunan, a zookeeper who had just won the "Zookeeper of the Year" award, hadn't even had a chance to collect the prize money before she transmigrated.
Looking at the enormous bill and her admission letter, Jiang Tunan fell into thought.
A job listing on the Star Network caught her eye: zoo, high salary, room and board included. Hesitating for even a second would be disrespectful to the starcoins.
Looking at the fluffballs crowding around her, Jiang Tunan was both happy and worried.
She was happy because she knew these animals. They were all from Earth. She was worried because every one of them was skin and bones, as if they might drop dead at any moment.
To keep this group of fluffballs fed, Jiang Tunan had no choice but to work hard.
In this highly advanced interstellar era, humans were no longer constrained by the natural environment, but danger still lurked all around them.
Interstellar mutant plants and animals, the insectoid race, unknown dark matter...
An insect swarm was approaching. The legion's marshal looked grave and declared it the largest swarm in years.
The Imperial Legion was ready for battle, but a mysterious squad appeared on the battlefield. They dropped from the sky and wiped out the swarm at inhuman speed before quickly vanishing.
The footage was sent back to the Empire. After careful consideration, a paleontology expert said, "The one leading them looks like a snow leopard. The ones following it should be Siberian tigers, and the last one is a giant panda."
The people of the stars: ???
The hottest topic in the galaxy lately was the group of fluffballs on the wasteland planet. Experts had once declared that they would soon be driven out by the times, but now they had forced their way into the public eye.
The livestream of the zoo on the forgotten planet suddenly drew a huge audience.
A big fat tiger chasing butterflies among the flowers, a red panda sitting perfectly still on the back of a huge white wolf like an old monk in meditation, and a bristling black-and-white creature clinging to its zookeeper's leg nearby...
The people of the stars were stunned: This is the bunch that can devour an entire family of insectoids in one bite?
Jiang Tunan had only planned to scrape by with her big family of animals, but she became a sensation across the galaxy, with several military districts competing to recruit her.
After finally managing to get away from the whole gang and return to school, a junior student asked curiously, "What's the secret to making all the fluffballs like you?"
Jiang Tunan paused, glanced at the panda charm in the student's hand, and said gravely, "Make sure they're full."
-
While developing the wasteland zoo, Jiang Tunan was always catching animals sneaking in to steal food.
Some were little Earth animals she didn't know where had come from, and some were interstellar mutant animals.
There was even a single-horned sheep that could easily shove aside a Siberian tiger and sometimes turn into a human...
Theme: Love yourself, love life
It made me laugh to death, Sui Kuang is so good at pretending, he is a big-tailed wolf.
Is this boss the heroine's adopted brother?
I really want to know what happened when I saw the ID card. Why is this a new book?
? ? ? What the hell? I've been reading novels for so many years and I'm confused for the first time.
"No win" is a big bug for the author~
I like it, spiritual communication is so important. Milligrams, too many milligrams.
I have been consuming Sui Kuang and the heroine, can I realize my dream?
"I want to act on a web page" is a big bug for the author~
"Male" is a big thorn in the side of the author~
South
Not necessarily. Maybe the original author is simply mentally ill, and the views of some articles are really crooked and need to be corrected urgently.
