The thousand-year-old demon rubs his hands together in secret, looking forward to seeing them fall out. But the next moment, he sees the senior sister hug Zhou Yan with a heartbroken expression and soothe her gently. “No, no. I see you as my wife.”

Zhou Yan throws herself into her senior sister’s arms, beaming with joy. She figures that even if her senior sister does see her as a medicinal ingredient, she’ll accept it. After all, her senior sister smells so good!
