Miyajima Hanaki, fourteen years old, is a transfer student in Class 2-C at Rikkai University Junior High School.
He is from Yokohama, and his ability is called All Things Reborn.
Simply put, he is immortal. When he dies, he revives somewhere else, in an unknown location.
When he revived once again on the coast of Kanagawa, Miyajima Hanaki had planned to give up and just coast through life. Unfortunately, five kindhearted police academy students found him.
And so his daily life became teaching Yukimura chemistry, saving the five troublemakers from their own reckless antics, and dodging the bandaged weirdo from Yokohama.
When Miyajima Hanaki died yet again while saving the hero who went to defuse a bomb without wearing a bomb suit, things took a turn.
"Isn't this the future you wrote for yourself?"
"Bro, hold the gun steady. You're a police officer."
PS: Content warnings
1. The timeline is a mess. Any inconsistencies are entirely due to my headcanons.
2. Rikkai winning three consecutive championships is my headcanon. The Prince of Tennis characters don't get much page time; there are mostly everyday scenes.
3. The Book in Bungo Stray Dogs is my own interpretation, so it differs somewhat from the original.
4. All five police academy students survive, and Oda is alive.
