Please Take Good Care of Me, Mr. Matsuda

Blurb: After graduating from university and before entering the police academy, Matsuda nearly got killed when a "thing" fell from the sky and hit him. Seeing the bewildered young man slowly get up from the ground, apparently unharmed, Matsuda looks at the huge crater beside him. Though surprised, he is also secretly relieved. The young man looks so pitiful that Matsuda takes him in and buys him a meal. He even kindly leaves him enough money to get by for a week, then sends him on his way. Years later, the young man pins Matsuda down. As they kiss, Matsuda once again accidentally hears the other man's unrestrained thoughts. "I really like Matsuda..." Matsuda: "..." Matsuda: "!!!" Matsuda's eyes fly open in shock. Wait, wait, wait! What's going on? What the hell did I pick up back then? P.S.: 1. The protagonist transmigrates into this world. Since he knows the general plot, this counts as a rescue story for Matsuda. 2. After the two kiss, they can hear each other's thoughts at will. However, if one of them doesn't cooperate, he can block the ability on his side. Theme: If you like someone, be brave and make a move
