The life of a beggar on the roadside, the assassination a government official is about to face, and everything else are all recorded in the System's book, waiting for Mishima Yuki to read.

However, in Yokohama, the more you know, the sooner you die. With no ability to fight at all, Mishima Yuki chooses to use guilt to bind the person who caused the explosion back then and make him his shield. Meanwhile, Chuuya, wandering the streets of the Slum, encounters the calamity of his life.

A relationship that began with guilt and deception eventually falls apart because of misunderstandings and secrets, and Mishima Yuki has no choice but to set off alone on the path of revenge.

"Chuuya, the moonlight is even brighter when you're here. But my life has already been filled with hatred. There's no room left for even a little happiness."

Later, everyone in Yokohama knows that their mild-mannered mayor has a hot-tempered beauty for a boyfriend down at the port. Anyone who dares bully the mayor can look forward to being crushed by gravity.
