The good news: After years of obscurity, they've finally made something of themselves.

The bad news: It's because people are forcing them to ship a CP.

The even worse news: His partner is Jiang Linran, the member of the group he gets along with worst.

Gu Yiyu grits his teeth and sneers. "Hah. If it comes to it, I'll terminate my contract."

Seeing the astronomical penalty fee, Gu Yiyu can only swallow his anger and put on an awkward act with Jiang Linran.

Host: How do you feel about each other?

Jiang Linran: "I love him."

Gu Yiyu's mouth twitches. "...Yeah, that's right."

A passerby's verdict: They seem pretty cold toward each other, though.

Host: Say something to your adorable CP fans.

Jiang Linran: "Thank you."

Gu Yiyu smiles bitterly. "But... maybe find something better to eat."

Netizens' blunt reaction: So sweet. Going to get my stomach pumped.

The group gets more and more popular, but Gu Yiyu gets increasingly awkward around Jiang Linran.

Until the gala ends, and Jiang Linran pulls him into an empty dressing room, pinning him against the vanity. The distance between them is dangerous.

"Your wave wasn't as strong today. You didn't press up against me."

Jiang Linran's fingertip trails along his sweat-damp neck and touches his chest. "What are you thinking about, hyung?"

Gu Yiyu's face burns red. With nowhere to escape, he says nothing...

His heartbeat pounds like a drum in the silent room, cries out wildly, breaks through his skin, and enters the other's body.

And so, under blazing spotlights and fireworks, everything begins tonight.
