1. Mitsui's gender in the original is male; in this story, Mitsui is female.
Mitsui's athletic talent and ability are excellent. Among girls, she is top-tier, and even among boys, she ranks near the top. In terms of physical fitness, she's no worse than boys with good athletic ability. However, the limitations of human biology and a two-year gap have left her slightly behind the other four Shohoku Tigers. In this story, Mitsui's hair is dark navy blue, as in the anime. (The manga actually gives her dark chestnut hair, but the anime adaptation has influenced me too much... I'll punish myself, so please go easy on me.)
2. This is a parallel-world setting. In this world, mixed-gender basketball teams are legally allowed and accepted. There are still all-male and all-female teams, but mixed-gender teams are also permitted. A team with more than two girls cannot compete against an all-male team. 3. About the romance: It follows the original with some butterfly effects.
[Pairing] Sendoh x Mitsui. Easygoing, playfully airheaded type x strong-willed, sensitive type.
