Will Sukuna Become Love-Struck?

[Complete manuscript finished] Sukuna found a beautiful bird. Weak, lovely, and utterly wretched, it crawled at his feet, begging him not to abandon it. On a whim, he decided to keep it by his side. The bird was gentle and obedient, taking care of everything, big and small. It was always showering him with sweet words, softly claiming it would die without him. Gradually, he was taken in, and even came to think of it as his wife. Until one day, the wife he had thought weak and timid killed him with its own hands. * Tsukimi Ren, heir to the Tsukimi family and a born prodigy, was suddenly struck by a curse. After three years bedridden, he was on the verge of death. To survive, he used the family’s secret art to reverse time and return to the past, stopping at nothing to find a way to stay alive. In the Heian period a thousand years ago, humans and demons lived together, and monsters roamed freely. To reach Kyoto safely, he had to find a powerful protector. It didn’t matter if that protector was a nonhuman monster. He just hadn’t expected the monster to think of him as its wife. And he certainly hadn’t expected the way to break the curse he’d been searching for to lie with the monster. He could only survive by killing it. * Tsukimi Ren planned carefully and lay low, successfully breaking the curse and returning to the future. He thought he would never see the monster again in this lifetime, but Not only had it crawled out of hell, it had also found his home. Tsukimi Ren was taken into a domain bristling with blades. The god of the dead sat on a throne of bones, gazing down at him with a calm expression. “Explain.” Hearing this, Tsukimi Ren thought he was completely done for. His eyes instantly reddened as he launched into an act. Reading Notes: 1. A very OOC, sweet little two-person story (So the big guy’s caught feelings, huh?) 2. Lots of author-created details, and some plot points are deliberately written this way. If anything makes you uncomfortable, don’t force yourself to keep reading. I’ll do better next time, but the complete manuscript is finished and can’t be changed. 3. Just under 300,000 words in total. 4. A gorgeous liar who can talk his way out of anything, knows when to yield, and belongs to a villainous duo. Theme: Never give up on yourself, no matter what circumstances you face.
