Three Thousand Lifetimes as a Ghost Immortal

Before Chu Pingyu died, he asked Si Lingxu if he liked him.

Si Lingxu said he didn't.

Chu Pingyu thought that if he could live his life over again, he would never bother him again.

He really did get another chance.

Only, he was reborn after the two of them had already slept together.

Chu Pingyu: Could you have given me this chance a little earlier, Heaven?

In his previous life, he threatened Si Lingxu with his own life to stop him from marrying. In this life, he keeps his distance and never bothers him again.

But then Si Lingxu chases after him, asking, "Don't you like me anymore?"

Chu Pingyu: I don't.

At first, Si Lingxu thought Chu Pingyu wasn't worth falling for.

Then he saw his remains, and regretted it.

He was given another chance.

Only, in this life, he doesn't seem to love him as much.

This time, he pursues Chu Pingyu relentlessly. "I took your body, so naturally I'll take responsibility for all eternity."

But neither of them knows that their second chance didn't come from Heaven. It was granted by the one who stood at the beginning of the cycle of reincarnation, fighting for all living beings. He is that person, and so is he.

The real blurb:

Beneath the diseased plum tree, he became bones; through three thousand cycles, all for the sake of the living.

I think of an old friend, retracing the past; unable to find him, I hope to meet him anew.

Where the wind goes, the bells ring; their sounds wash over the world and echo through the ages.

They sing of the one who is lost, of the nameless me; they sing of those who stand for justice, whose righteousness will endure forever!

Si Lingxu x Chu Pingyu

A seemingly proper, aloof gong who is only pretending to be cold x a genuinely playful, naturally bright shou

Theme: A hero's way is the way of righteousness.
