On August 15, 205 of the Federation calendar, an unidentified object stretching from the sky to the ground appeared in every country, accompanied by an unknown voice.
[Planetary Assessment: One million humans from this planet will be selected at random and sent into assessment instances. If the number of survivors reaches zero, the assessment will be failed and the planet will return to the Ice Age, where new life will take root.]
The unidentified objects had appeared out of nowhere. The very next second, they forcibly selected one million people and sent them into assessment instances. Each person faced a different instance, but they all had the same goal: survive, and make it to the very end.
Sha Li, an obsessive hoarder who had the misfortune of being selected, could only face the challenge head-on and do everything she could to survive until the end.
Assessment instances: Natural disasters (tsunamis, earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, hailstorms, volcanic eruptions, fires, droughts, sinkholes, and more) appear at random. One moment it could be a tsunami, the next an earthquake, or perhaps a sinkhole. How can tiny humans survive in such conditions?
Biological disasters (viruses, nuclear contamination, bacteria, organisms, and more) also appear at random. How will people face them?
Technological disasters (robots, artificial intelligence, clones, and more): How can anyone survive?
The instances span different eras: the past, the present, and the future. Death in an instance means death in the real world. Faced with this sudden assessment, how will humanity respond?
Theme: As long as you survive, there is hope.
