Something's Off About My Obsessive Male Lead

Yan Xu had no parents and was sickly, yet he met many kind people and managed to live to the age of eighteen.

One day, he transmigrated and became a disposable character who'd done every kind of bad thing. In an attempt to win the male lead's affection, he kidnapped the male lead's love interest, only for the male lead to kidnap him in return and throw him into the sea, leaving no trace of his body.

Yan Xu: "!"

Thinking about the original character's fate in the novel made Yan Xu shudder. He'd better pack his things and get out of there!

Before leaving, Yan Xu saw a child sleeping in the hallway outside a locked door. Guided by his conscience, he politely asked, "Um, would you like to come to my place?"

Jiang Yi was used to sleeping outside. He'd often imagined having a home, but one day, his wish suddenly came true...

He looked up at the warm, sunny boy standing before him.

"Okay."

-

Only after bringing a wolf into his home did Yan Xu learn that Jiang Yi was the male lead.

To stay alive, Yan Xu did everything he could to be kind to him. He walked him to school, covered him with a blanket when he was cold, and cooked for him when he was hungry. He never missed a thing.

Soon, Jiang Yi's eighteenth birthday arrived. The male lead coming of age was also the day the original character was supposed to die without a trace.

Yan Xu comforted himself: "The male lead even calls me his big brother, so my ending should change, right?"

-

When Yan Xu opened his eyes, he found himself tied up aboard a ship. His whole body felt awful as he watched Jiang Yi slowly approach. Was he still doomed to the same ending as in the novel?

He shut his eyes in fear and murmured unconsciously, "Please... I'll give you anything you want..."

"Then will you love me, Big Brother?"

Yan Xu's eyes flew open. He stared at the obsessive Jiang Yi before him, eyes wide.

Yan Xu: "???"

How had the ending changed this much?!
