Ten minutes ago, Xu Wenxin said goodbye to her boyfriend, Chi Yan, downstairs.
She remembered the burning warmth of his lips and the words "I love you," so achingly sweet.
And now she was at home with another man, doing the very same thing.
"Does he know you're two-timing him?"
Just beyond the wall, Chi Yan watched the security camera feed on his phone, clenching his fists.
Of course he knew.
He had once stolen Xu Wenxin away from Lin Shize in exactly the same way.
