The Onion Spirit's Guide to Self-Rescue

Yang Congjin was an onion spirit, in the literal sense. The elders told him while he was still in the ground, "After the founding of the nation, spirits aren't allowed to become immortals!"

So... just as he was about to complete his cultivation and become human, a bolt of lightning sent him to the future, to the interstellar era.

Everyone here could transform into the shape of a ferocious beast or plant to fight. In other words, nobody here was human!

Yang Congjin was overjoyed. An era where he could slack off and not be treated like a freak was practically made for him.

But... Your Majesty, the emperor of that empire, don't you have anything better to do? Stop following him around. He didn't want to work, and he didn't want anyone disturbing his life as a happy slacker.

What, you're looking for a wife?

Then go find yourself one. Stop tugging at him. He's just an onion spirit, and fairies in the interstellar era aren't allowed to date!

Message: Don't be afraid when you run into difficulties. There will always be a way forward, and a new world awaits around the bend. Keep going, and you'll find the path that's right for you
