One day, Xia Nanxing transmigrated to an unfamiliar dynasty. She was now the legitimate daughter of a minor official, well-read in the classics.
Ding! Congratulations, Host, you've been bound to the Cosmic Plane Livestream System. You've been assigned a trending topic: "Who would win, a transmigrator or a native noblewoman?" You've been chosen as the transmigrator to livestream!
You need to compete with the noblewoman to your heart's content and satisfy the livestream audience. Once the trending topic reaches a conclusion, your mission will be complete, and you can return to your original world.
Xia Nanxing looked utterly baffled. "Compete over what? How?"
The System explained, exasperated, what she was supposed to compete over.
"The hearts of handsome young men, a reputation as a talented woman, the favor of the emperor and empress, whose husband is better-looking and more powerful, who is loved by the most men, and who ends up the ultimate winner in life!"
Xia Nanxing: ?
"All right, I can compete. I agree."
Hearing Xia Nanxing's answer, the System relaxed and went off to lie flat on vacation.
Some time later, it opened the livestream for "Transmigrator vs. Noblewoman" to see how Xia Nanxing was doing. But the comments were nothing like it had imagined.
[There's more to making steel with ancient methods than that! Person above, do you even know what you're talking about? Do we need to help Xingxing found a country?]
[Personally, I suggest Xingxing run off to sea and found a country right now. I can't take these men from feudal society anymore. My fists are clenched!]
[Thanks to Xingxing for correcting my shallow thinking. No matter how much women in ancient times competed, they were stuck in the same tiny world. Let's just go overseas and found a country. Now that's thinking big!]
The day Xia Nanxing ran off to sea, she held out her hand to the native noblewoman.
"Come build an entirely new country with me."
System: ??? That's not right!! That's not how I told you to compete!
