[A family of suit-wearing thugs raises one round, soft, squishy little dumpling]
The ten interstellar sectors spread outward in a circle from Sector One at the center, all the way to Sector Ten.
The Wei family rules Sector One. Wei Ru, its governor, is nothing like his name suggests. Cruelty and cold-bloodedness are his trademarks.
He has two sons, Wei Yuansu and Wei Yuanling.
Wei Yuansu, the older one, was raised by Wei Ru to be the next governor, ruthless and decisive. Wei Yuanling was handed over to the First Legion's commander and put through the wringer in the barracks, where he trained people who were as treacherous as snakes.
The whole family was a pack of cold-blooded animals, until Wei Ru's wife, Xi Yin, gave birth to their youngest son in the year 869 of the Interstellar Calendar. After that, the entire family changed!
A couple of years later, rumors spread that Sector One had lost a treasure, and that the Blazing Fire Star Pirates had stolen it.
That was exactly what happened. When the treasure went missing, Wei Ru flew into a rage! He issued a wanted order, determined to make the Blazing Fire Star Pirates disappear from the stars!
But even after wiping out the entire pirate group, they still couldn't find their treasure!
The next time they saw it, it was in a garbage heap.
In that instant, the Wei family and all of Sector One collectively went insane!
Later, people said Sector One had found its treasure again.
Some even claimed that it was all just a publicity stunt by Sector One, nothing worth mentioning.
But at an interstellar conference, everyone saw Wei Ru, who had been furious just a moment earlier, instantly change his expression and softly coax a little dumpling to sleep.
Beside him, the First Legion's commander, usually cold and ruthless, immediately pulled a toy from his pocket and handed it to the little dumpling.
And then there was Wei Yuansu, anxiously asking a servant for sweets.
A baby-raising story, my own take on feel-good fiction. The specifics aren't important. Give it a try if you like it, please!
