After Rebooting Three Times, Yokohama's Mayor Wants to Slack Off

Kawashima Mirai gets a System and is tasked with building a beautiful new Yokohama.

In the first run, he’s full of ambition, but dies after trying to crack down on organized crime.

In the second run, he learns from his mistakes and finds a way to kill Boss Mori. But Mori’s student takes over immediately, and the Port Mafia gets so powerful it leaves Yokohama behind. Then he dies again.

In the third run, he keeps learning from his mistakes. If you can’t beat them, join them! But because he gets too close to the Port Mafia, the Japanese government fears they’ll lose control. His subordinate betrays him, and he dies again.

In the final run, Kawashima Mirai gives up. Whoever wants to build Yokohama can do it. You guys in the scriptwriting department can just fight it out yourselves.

But the scriptwriters around him just keep multiplying, and the terrifying man turns out to be him? This is ridiculous!

PS: 1. Pairing: Dazai (I know some of you are sick of him, but I’m not! I’m writing what I want to read!)

2. The protagonist is rather cold, not as lively as the blurb makes him sound.

3. Revising the story means it has to go through review again and affects the reading experience, so I’ll collect typo reports in the comments and fix them all after the story is complete. Thank you, little angels, for pointing them out.
