Heiyun has spent seven years at the police dog training base and gone through three handlers. Not one of them could keep him in line. Everyone thought the rebellious young dog was certain to be dismissed, but then a new handler arrived at the base. They say he’s skilled, and he specifically asked for Heiyun.
Heiyun flattens his ears. “I’m not going to listen to you!”
The handler, whose surname is Yu, smiles gently. “Do you think you get to decide, little one?”
But his hands are incredibly gentle. He tidies Heiyun’s room, brings him snacks, and even... personally warms his bed for him?!
Heiyun thinks that these sweet-talking tricks are simply despicable, but his tail keeps wagging and curling around the handler’s calf.
Please note:
1. Police dog demi-human setting. A rebellious younger police dog x a gentle, teasing handler. Heiyun x Yu Li.
2. The worldbuilding is not rigorous, and the anthropomorphic police dog setting may even lead to all sorts of paradoxes. At its heart, this is simply a story about police dogs. It’s a fictional setting with realistic elements; the first chapter will offer a brief explanation.
3. Inspired by various documentaries and research materials, but I can’t guarantee that all the professional knowledge in the story is correct, so please be gentle with your criticism~
Theme: Silent comrades-in-arms, the bond between brothers
Ahhhh, this setting seems good (?˙▽˙?)
Well written! So awesome
