[Female lead: graduate student in conference interpreting, bilingual in Chinese and English x Powerful idol who wants to learn English]

[Mature and steady x A chuunibyou young man]

Blurb [to be revised]:

Su Xin is a graduate student in conference interpreting at a well-known university. She has just taken on a job from her advisor: tutoring someone in English online.

She has no idea where her advisor found the job... Maybe the pay was just too good to turn down.

Could it be a high school student hoping to get into college?

The day she adds the other person on WeChat:

The other person: [Laoshi hello, I am Shang Erque. Please teach me lots.]

Su Xin's inner thoughts: Martian text? What era was this from?

Shang Ci is about to film a travel variety show, and most of the filming locations are overseas.

But Shang Ci has long since forgotten nearly all the English he once learned. As a top-tier star and an industry role model, how can he go abroad and be completely lost? Absolutely not! Shang Ci immediately decides to cram some conversational English.

Through a connection, he finds a teacher who is supposedly a professor of advanced translation at a well-known university.

Shang Ci has no intention of revealing his identity, so he uses his younger brother's name. But how can he seem younger?

Want to know what's young and trendy? Of course it's Martian text.

After a long silence, the other person replies: [Let's communicate in normal language. Your teacher can't understand Martian text.]

Shang Ci is secretly delighted: As expected of him.jpg
