Wannian, a girl from a small county town, meets Fu Xiang and a group of like-minded friends at Xiangxi No. 1 High School. As they face two major milestones in life, choosing between arts and sciences and the college entrance exam, they embrace new hopes and throw themselves wholeheartedly into this war without gunfire, each with their own goals.
