An Archer in a Holographic Game

Lu Xingran was the women's archery world champion. She broke a winning streak that had been dominated by other countries for years, only to suffer severe injuries in a car accident soon after and retire.

After falling from the pinnacle, Lu Xingran thought her legend had come to an end.

Three months later, the groundbreaking full-dive online game Wings of Heaven officially launched. Its freedom was so astonishingly high that it was hailed as a "second world."

To lift Lu Xingran's spirits, her childhood friend started playing the game with her.

To the novice player's surprise, Lu Xingran found she could use her abilities in the game. And so a gaming newbie with world-class skills blundered her way through the game.

Esports players: Help! Why am I getting crushed by a gaming newbie on a whole other level?

Big guilds: How can one person take on all of us at once?

Game developers: We've checked 36 times, and it's definitely not a bug. Skills from outside the game can be used inside it, but who on earth is this expert?
