Kamiya Kuri

The last survivor. From the instance he stumbled into by accident to the final instance, it took only four years.

The day everyone around him died, something in Kamiya Kuri's head finally went strange.

In the end, he arrived in another world for no reason at all.

With his odd way of thinking, Kamiya Kuri is often asked questions.

"Why did you become a research subject at the distillery?"

"At first, I just wanted somewhere to slack off." The black-haired young man didn't hide his wicked sense of humor. "In the end, seeing them fail makes me really happy."

Scotland, the distillery's fake liquor, has amazing cooking skills and is a highly capable sniper.

By chance, he gets assigned to look after someone.

The first time he meets the other person,

he gets a firm hand around his throat.

"Who are you?"

"Egg fried rice."

Scotland: So cooking can take aim at someone's heart, too?

he might as well keep doing it.

Matsuda Jinpei doesn't like talking about his neighbor Akira.

Who wants to bring up the person who trounced them at everything growing up?

From grades to looks, there wasn't a single thing Matsuda could beat him at.

If there was one thing he could beat him at, it was probably stamina.

But there was nothing he could do about him, since Akira always looked so gentle and smiled at him every day.

If you can't beat him, can't you at least avoid him?

Ever since entering the police academy, Matsuda has rarely seen him. All he knows is that he's studying at Tokyo University.

Then, during a break, his best friend Hagiwara Kenji suddenly says he's curious about what maid cafes are like.

He drags Matsuda there, and they see

Matsuda's famous and outstanding neighbor, dressed as a maid.

H-help, he actually looks pretty good.

Mini-scene 1:

Matsuda Jinpei: Why did you become a maid?

Kurihashi Akira: Ah, because it's fun.

Matsuda Jinpei: …

(Where's that gentleness?! Those smiling eyes are pitch-black inside.)

Mini-scene 2:

Matsuda Jinpei: I heard you're studying art now.

Kurihashi Akira: Want to see?

(They arrive at the studio.)

Matsuda Jinpei holds the painting in his hands, his heart trembling. Why are all these pictures of him in different poses?
