The genius esports player from Class 3, Grade 11, is forced by his coach to return to school because he's underage and hasn't taken the college entrance exam yet. There, he runs into the top student walking toward him.
Skipping class, refusing to do homework, refusing to go to school: this delinquent does it all, yet still manages to rank in the top three on every exam.
Bai Mu: Can't help it. Being talented isn't my fault.
Lu An: ...
When Bai Mu returns to class, he discovers that the top student he met once is his deskmate. The two start their story after their first meeting turns into a fight.
Bai Mu keeps teasing his deskmate now and then, watching Lu An's face slowly turn red. He thinks his deskmate is so cute.
When Bai Mu realizes he's fallen for Lu An, he starts holding back, afraid Lu An will be disgusted if he discovers Bai Mu likes him. His occasional distance makes Lu An panic. Lu An thinks Bai Mu is avoiding him because he found out that Lu An likes him, until Bai Mu's birthday.
Lu An works up the courage to confess, only to discover that they have both been secretly in love with each other.
