World Bubbles are wonderful things.
After the Captain got in touch with Mei, he learned about the Elysian Realm and deeply regretted getting so caught up in the Sea of Quanta, fishing for waifus (crossed out), and saving people that he missed Mei's story and the Elysian Realm.
So the Captain teamed up with Dr. Einstein, Dr. Kosma, and Nagamitsu to study other World Bubbles.
At last, after overcoming eighty-one trials and tribulations, they successfully brought Elysia and Mobius from other World Bubbles!
Oh, and little Klein, whom Mobius likes.
This was the successful completion of a great undertaking!
So the Captain eagerly continued trying to bring back others, while Mobius, spurred on by Elysia, turned her attention to the Sea of Quanta.
And so the two of them, along with an armed puppet, arrived in a place called Tokyo...
