[Sweet, Delicate Girl S x Emotionally Detached Human Observer]

Qinghe High School's two most talked-about students are the heiress and campus beauty, Chu Yi, and the irreverent school bully, Ling Yuanyi. Rumor has it they've been childhood friends, a perfect match made in heaven.

Chu Yi knows that Ling Yuanyi is the male lead of a bittersweet school romance, and the female lead is the gentle, sweet girl in their class.

She is the nasty childhood friend who stands in the way of their getting together, constantly pestering the male lead and driving a wedge between him and the female lead.

That's so tacky. She won't do it.

As for the love story between a school bully male lead and a warmhearted female lead, she thinks it's a romantic disaster between a delinquent and a coward.

In her second year of high school, a transfer student named Li Yan joins Chu Yi's class.

Chu Yi knows he's the genius student who's just part of the scenery. So what if he's good at studying? It's nothing special.

Li Yan is rather ordinary-looking and does everything by the book, like a program following its preset instructions.

Polite and distant, he records people's habits with precise data behind his black-rimmed glasses.

His black-rimmed glasses fall away, revealing Li Yan's deep black eyes.

His eyes are beautiful, as if they hold the brightest stars in a thousand universes.

Chu Yi meets his gaze and falls in love at first sight.

Oh no! Boy, your Cupid's arrow has hit me!

Li Yan was appointed a human observer on Blue Star. To conduct better research, he has interacted with the planet's humans since childhood.

He was an utterly ordinary passerby, living a quiet, uneventful life.

That is, until he transferred schools and met a girl: spoiled, willful, arrogant, and unreasonable, yet undeniably adorable.

Every time he saw her, his face turned red and his heart raced. Sensing something was wrong, he suspected she might pose a potential threat.

She was placed on the list of key individuals requiring special observation.

[Human girl's name: Chu Yi]

[Appearance: Bright eyes, slender figure, beautiful face, rosy lips]

[Animal equivalents: Tabby cat, cygnet]

[Person she likes: Li Yan]

Then he would be Li Yan for the rest of his life...

The classified files were opened. For years, the only name in the key special-observation files had been Chu Yi.

Li Yan: "My girlfriend is beautiful, you know?" Whether you know it or not, you're dead.

Reader's guide:

The male lead is ordinary-looking, neat and fresh-faced. He doesn't look like a novel's male lead, just a normal person.

He likes her before he realizes it. His emotional-programming file is blank, so he has to learn everything bit by bit. Fortunately, he's a quick learner, and very possessive. He may not understand how to express himself, but he'll fight tooth and nail for her.
