Notes on Raising Demons

Lin Shu, a fearsome demonic mastermind, was pierced through the heart with a sword and transmigrated to the modern world. Thanks to his good looks, he became a metaphysical livestreamer.

While taking requests from viewers, Lin Shu encountered all kinds of baffling events.

Like a child being fed its own mother so someone could raise a little ghost.

A haunted domain made up of several real haunted houses, where anyone who entered would die.

And a strange village that appeared out of nowhere, where anyone who entered could never leave.

But none of these things was as strange as his boss.

His boss looked exactly like the person who had pierced his heart.

And this boss had gotten clingy with him.

He gave him food, a place to stay, and bought him all sorts of things.

Lin Shu had always thought his boss must be possessed by a ghost. Then one day, he finally learned his boss's secret...

A rebellious demonic mastermind in his past life / reborn and wise enough to adapt / handsome con-artist medium as the bottom

Gentle and easygoing on the surface / actually scheming and unhinged / polished scoundrel CEO as the top

[Reading Guide]

1. The love interest is younger.

2. Plot-focused. Most of the story takes place in the modern world, with some memories of the past life interspersed.

3. Horror level: mildly scary (at least, I think so). There are ghosts and monsters.

4. Neither male lead is particularly kind. If you don't like that type, feel free to skip it.

5. The bottom is genuinely deaf in the modern world, but he can read lips.

Just give it a casual read. I took a long break from updating because I needed psychological treatment for a while. I'm doing better now, but writing has been difficult. I'll update again once I've built up a few more chapters.

Theme: Superstition is not the answer.
