Yano Shin has a secret: he’s actually a transmigrator, but not the kind with a mysterious old mentor or a snarky System tagging along.

The world he transmigrated into is the manga he read in his previous life, Detective Conan.

As someone who’s been a police officer in both lives, he really can’t stand seeing four certain people get killed off.

So he plans to save them all.

Unfortunately, after saving the first one, he gets hit on the head by a flowerpot and loses his memory. Yano thinks he’s only just arrived in this world, and tells himself that he missed his chance to save the first one, but he absolutely won’t miss the next.

Then a half-long-haired police officer walks past him and asks if he wants curry.

Yano Shin says he’ll repay him for his feelings.

Aoki Haruo also has a secret. He’s a transmigrator too, but the kind with a delinquent System. He’s transmigrated into a world he’s never heard of, but the System tells him it’s a manga world.

As someone who’s been a criminal in both lives, all he wants now is to lie flat.

So he plans to keep sparring with Gin and act like Vermouth’s best buddy.

Every day is painfully boring.

Luckily, he meets someone like himself: Yano Shin.

So he decides to cause all kinds of trouble with his fellow transmigrator.

Saving people from their death flags? He’s in!

The world’s will disapproves? Changing the plot is wrong?

I was born wild and free! You can’t tell me what to do. My adorable fellow transmigrator is always right.

There’s just one problem.

A few notes:

1. Yano Shin is firmly on the good guys’ side.

Aoki Haruo is a chaotic fun-lover.

2. The Police Academy group will all be saved.

3. Not sure if there’ll be a pairing. For now, there isn’t, but the author can’t control their pen.

4. Includes descriptions of manga comments, forums, and the like.

5. The world of Detective Conan, with a slight touch of Bungo Stray Dogs. It’s fine if you haven’t read it.

6. I personally like writing cases, so the main plot will progress naturally (I love the daily life of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department).

7. There may be some Higo and Yumi, and Heiji and Kazuha sweetness. Also, I absolutely have to write about Date getting married!
