After the Canary Gets Pregnant

As a proper kept lover, you should turn a blind eye when you need to, and pretend not to hear when you need to. Just enjoy what you have now; who cares if the person beside you has one, two, three white moons or four, five, six black moons? Lin Xiao has always been happy enough in the role. Sure, the person in his bed is a little cold and only shows up one day a week, but he's handsome and the monthly allowance comes right on time. Never worrying about food or drink, with plenty of freedom, is the ultimate life of a happy slacker. Until one morning, he suddenly wakes up feeling nauseous and throws up. Question: When you go to the hospital for a checkup and suddenly learn that you're three months pregnant, what should a proper kept lover do? Keep the child and get rid of the father, or keep the father and get rid of the child? Pah! Of course, he should work hard to turn the tables and improve his standing! He's already carrying his child. Why let such a catch go to someone else? Of course, it would be even better if this man hadn't gone from showing up once a week to only leaving once a month. Lin Xiao rubs his aching lower back and looks at the thoroughly satisfied man behind him, feeling rather troubled. Theme: As long as you work hard, you can pursue anything!
