Even in a city like this, one person can still hold feelings for another.
A Certain Scientific Railgun + Jujutsu Kaisen
My take on Level 5's Sixth Ranked Ability User
A fused setting, with A Certain Magical Index scaled down. No Magic Gods. The main setting is Academy City, and the story focuses on A Certain Scientific Railgun.
*Some inspiration comes from In/Spectre. The manga is even better.
*There may be no pairing. If there is one, the male lead will be in Jujutsu Kaisen. Undecided.
Theme: Even in a city like this, one person can still hold feelings for another.
