Those left behind clung to life as the plague spread further. The central government had already collapsed, and it concealed the truth regardless of the consequences. To stop the infected from losing control, the government sent them to isolation wards and left them to perish in agony. Then one day, a heart disease patient on the hospital's death list suddenly appeared in the sky above the city and began slaughtering people. From that moment on, winter was quietly closing in on humanity.
