After Seizing the Throne from My Beloved Older Brother

After the young lord fell seriously ill, he suddenly began hearing things called "comments."

Only then did he learn that he was merely a disposable supporting character in a book.

The protagonist was his widely beloved Crown Prince of an elder brother. In the end, after ascending the throne, his brother would imprison him in the palace and torment him until he lost his mind. His fate would be utterly tragic.

Wasn't he miserable enough already? Things were going to get even worse?!

Was it a distortion of human nature, or a collapse of morality? What made the "frail and helpless" abandoned son of the Cold Palace rise up in rebellion without hesitation?

It was the courage given to him by his dear readers!

Guided by the comments, he sought out the powerful minister, upright official, general, richest man, and imperial uncle (?!), all of whom were obsessed with his Crown Prince brother, and said, "If he becomes emperor, you'll never have him!"

Everyone was baffled.

Only that man, tapping the ash from the lotus-shaped golden handle of his pipe, raised his alluring, flirtatious eyes in surprise. "What do you mean?"

"The throne is mine, and he's yours."

And so, the perfect duo of "traitors" and "rebels" made their debut.

One was frail and chronically ill, breathtakingly elegant, a master strategist who could win battles from a thousand miles away.

The other was blessed with extraordinary talent, celebrated for his military achievements, admired by all, and beloved by the people.

When the new emperor ascended the throne, countless sharp eyes in and out of court glared in silent outrage.

From then on, the new emperor, who devoted himself to making trouble, began his "happy" life: the Grand Tutor banging his head against a pillar every day, the Prime Minister calling in sick every day, the Ministry of Revenue running out of money every day...

The new emperor declared: Damn, this is unbelievably great.

Content warning: The emperor, who is the bottom, was poisoned and nearly died. Although he survived, his health was severely damaged, so he won't have any children (yes, exactly what you're thinking). He's also a little twisted mentally, though not severely, and has no harem.
