To the Muse

The vampire comic Rose Murders Under the Moon is sweeping the country.

Comic artist Zhou Yu has long, elegant fingers and a face that could captivate the world.

From the protagonists he draws to the artist himself, everyone is wildly adored by his fans. He's the dream man of countless young women.

One night,

third-rate actress Zhu Yuzhi returns to her apartment after a shoot.

In the stairwell, she runs into a man covered in blood.

The light is dim, and a sweet, metallic scent hangs in the air.

The man sits leaning against the wall, his black shirt partly open, revealing a pale collarbone.

His long, curly hair is stained with blood, and his beautiful, captivating eyes shimmer:

"I'm an evil vampire who escaped from an underground research facility. I'm being hunted."

"My noble and beautiful lady."

The young comic artist lifts her delicate, pale hand and kisses its back:

"I beg you to give me somewhere to hide."

"In return, I am willing to swear a contract and become the most loyal servant of your life."

Zhu Yuzhi: "...How long have you had these symptoms?"
